Chargeback fee:

A $25 fee will be billed for chargebacks on late or bounced checks. 

Monthly Tuition:

Tuition for participation in Archuleta Performing Arts is a per month fee. This fee remains the same regardless of the number of classes, rehearsals or performances held or attended each month. In other words, if a class is canceled because of a holiday, then the monthly fee is still the same. Adversely, if there are five classes scheduled for the month, then the price would also be the same per month. Scheduled events are clearly defined on the annual calendar or you will be notified of them. Tuition payment is due in full the 25th day of the month prior to each month of attendance. Note: If you decide to take your child out of Archuleta Performing Arts after that child has been registered. A penalty fee equal to one month’s tuition will be billed. This will allow Archuleta Performing Arts time to replace the student.

Return Policy:

If your child has been attending class for less than a month, then a refund will be considered on a case by case basis by ARCHULETA PERFORMING ARTS management. However, if  you decide to take your child out of Archuleta Performing Arts after that child has been registered and attended for one month or more, a penalty fee equal to one month’s tuition will be billed. This will allow Archuleta Performing Arts time to replace the student.    

Annual Registration fee:

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $35 is due per student at the time of the first month’s tuition.
